Collaborative workshop
We kicked off the project with a full-day workshop bringing together design, development, and product to align on goals. From there, I led the continuation of user flows, interactions, and visuals to build prototypes and stakeholder presentations.

We identified key user pain points across different experience levels and explored how AI can solve them.

The final vision statement: Constant Contact’s AI companion, powered by an agentic API, is an adaptive partner in marketing success; anticipating needs, generating content, and offering in-context support. From first login to expert workflows, it evolves with the user, helping them stay ahead, even before they know what they need.

Future vision
Established key user flows across onboarding, personalization, growth, content creation, performance analytics and beyond to envision the future without technical constraints.

Connecting Future to Now
AI assistant

Beta live August 2025

Guided by our future vision, we launched an AI assistant to help users with activation tasks and answer any marketing or product specific question they may have, with the intention to learn, iterate, and expand over time.
I defined visual design specs, mapped site architecture for integration, planned how to leverage user activity and chat history for smarter support and helped with defining chatbot capabilities and limitations,.

Integrating further AI touch-points into the product
Building on our AI assistant, we expanded touchpoints beyond chat to integrate the speed and personalization of AI campaign creation into user workflows.

Customer pain point: Through user testing and research, we found that one of the biggest challenges with AI was creating effective prompts easily.

Solution: Aiding users in crafting relevant prompts through an ad-lib approach with quick selections and suggestions to guide them through details to include for stronger AI outputs.

IMPACT
This project is still in its Beta phase where we are continually testing and iterating to make a full launch across the product.
